Villa Evelina is a nineteenth century mansion surrounded by a park which offers privacy and freshness with
the monumental plants and hedges , the garden pond with the small waterfall.
The mansion is composed by 4 building-blocks on three levels can be already split into 5 independent
apartments. The overall villa is 2.300 square meters. The central area with the annex oriented to south,
has origins that date back to the eighteen-century and was the designed to be the main house.
The area south-oriented area were the servants quarters which had been renovated and transformed into apartment.
THE WATER SPRING
