APARTMENTS

The villa is composed by four building blocks which is possible to split in five independent apartments.
The central block with the annex oriented to south, has origins date back to 1750 and was designed to be the main house. This annex is on three levels , and it is characterized by the spacious and unique veranda which overlooks on the garden and on the courtyard. The veranda maintains the characteristic and perfectly preserved original floor and fresco ceiling. Connected to the veranda from three doors are three stunning living rooms (two of them with big fireplace). Magnificent frescoes with themes of the renaissance decorate the ceilings of this rooms. This annex comprehends also a three rooms elegantly frescoed which overlook the garden, the old kitchen, one bathroom and the laundry room. At the first floor a hallway, three elegant and luminous bedrooms and a bathroom. This floor is connected to another apartment which occupies most of the second floor surface and has an independent entrance from the veranda. This apartment is exceptional for the large and luminous gallery used as living room and studio. Moreover it comprehends two bedrooms, a large dining room with the fire place, the kitchen and two bathrooms and the laundry room.

This central block comprehends also a lower annex on two levels which overlook the garden on the main courtyard which is split in two apartments.
The side block, on two floors south-oriented, was designed to be the servant quarters and had been renovated and transformed into an independent house, with a conservatory and a private garden. This house stands out for the refined architecture and the warm colors. At the ground floor there is a large basement room with a big fireplace. The first floor consists on a large lounge area; two cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. A wide balcony which surrounds the first floor overlooks on the private garden.

The villa includes also an independent area on two floors which is divided into four large room used as garage and warehouse (at the ground floor) and a large open space (at the second floor).
